Thecus NAS N2200

Dear All,
I have a Thecus NAS N2200 EVO
All worked fine. Before I replaced a HDD and had to rebuild which meant re-loading all the modules
Seemed to be all good But
When the Twonky syncs it finds all my photos and Music
But wont find any video files which are AVI and MP4
Cant remember which version of Twonky i was on before
any help would be much appreciated
