No Picture or Video Thumbnails

Could somebody please help me I have a WD my book live 3tb and when I switch from WD dnla to Twonky 5.1.9 everything works fine except that I do not see any thumbnails.
If I go into Photo's or video I do not see any thumbnails for any file, if I go into music I see it for the mp3.
If I switch back to WD dnla I do see these thumbnails.
Could somebody please tell me how I can enable thumb nails for all media files.
