TwonkyMedia Server 'Your Trial Version has expired'

Hi,
I am trying to configure the TwonkyMedia Server 5 on an old Humax Foxsat device which says 'your trial version has expired'. However when I enter a valid registration key the server does not accept the key.
How do I reset the server such that it will take the registration key.
