Zyxel NAS540 Subtitle Problem

Hi
I am using twonky media server with my NAS device Zyxel NAS540 storage on home network to use with samsung 55ju6470 smart tv.
My storage is on Firmware Version V5.10(AATB.2)
and twonky server version info is 7.2.11
My problem is media server can not read any kind of subtitle (srt, sub, txt...) file on my storage. All the subtitle files' file names are exactly same with the video file and both of them in the same folder. If I copy same video and subtitle file to usb and connect it to directly to tv's usb, subtitle works with the ideo file.
Can you recommend a solution for my problem or do i have to wait for an another update in the future to solve this problem.
