Twonky how to reset password on QNAP NAS?

In twonky settings, you can secure it by setting a username password in order to change settings.

So i did that but then now i cannot access even when entering the username and password (probably mistyped or for whatever reason)

I wanted to reset so i followed the guide but it did not work. Any ideas?
