internal error (specified device does not exist)

Hi,i have a Qnap ts 431 and a ts 451 both with latest software version and latest twonky version.(had this problem in previous software version of qnap and previous version of twonky)
Every other day or so twonky servers becomes unresponsive on both qnap and i get this error message"internal error (specified device does not exist)"
I have to manually stop and start the app for it to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciate.
