I'm a Control4 certified installer and have been using the Twonky server installed on a Windows 10 laptop in conjunction with the Control4 My Music DLNA Driver (http://drivers.control4.com/solr/drivers/browse?q=DLNA).
The setup has been working great. I have bought a Zyxel NAS 326 (https://www.zyxel.com/uk/en/products_se ... .shtml?t=p) because it comes bundled with Twonky Server. However when trying to discover DLNA servers in Control4, the only options that show up are the Windows 10 Laptop and Twonky which is installed on my Android phone.
I performed some troubleshooting and used Windows Media Player which was able to browse the DLNA server on the NAS, the laptop and my phone.
I'm out of ideas why the same version (8.3) installed on a laptop would work with Control4 but Twonky installed on the NAS will not?
I have contacted Control4 support but basically they are saying it's an issue with the NAS drive as the installation on a Windows laptop proves their system is working.
Appreciate any help!
