Problem wit h DD+

Hi there,
hope you can fix my problem:
I'm streaming movies with DD+ (DolbyDigital Plus aka EAC3) from my QNAP to my Samsung UE55KS8080.
Poorly the audio is shuttering....How can I fix that?
In worst case: is there is possible to transcore the audio on the fly?
