This key is already in use by another instance of the server

Hi.
Today was unable to connect to TwonkyServer to SAMSUNG TV as usual.
Went to the server and see the message "This key is already in use by another instance of the server".
By clicking the button "License Key" moved to the page "https://smartlynx.lynxtechnology.com/user/enter_key.php...".
Saw your license key and the text "This Key is used by 2 (of 3) instances."
I deleted a device that had a weird MAC. Now the message was "This Key is used by 1 (of 3) instances" - but my server is still not available on TV.
What am I to do?
