Mail dispatch on IX2-200 brings mistakes

Hello,
IX2-200 has the possibility to send mails in error situations. This last worked in february 2019.
The sender email address was:sohostorage@myremotenas.com.
This mailserver is no longer available.
Now I have mail.gmx.net as SMTP Server. In the soho.log I found the following messages:
2020/09/21 13:13:37.343415: apache_module[27803]: (1330) DIAGNOSTIC: admin: Sending E-mail 'Notification message from 'ix2-200-THUBCE' device (1)' to 'xxx@gmx.de'
2020/09/21 13:13:39.860817: smtpsend[27803]: (23004) DIAGNOSTIC: E-mail delivery to 'xxx@gmx.de' gave the Error: 530 Must issue a STARTTLS command first
Whats wrong?
Can someone help me?
