Hi All,

after installing TM 4.4 on my Terastation I had several problems so I tried to reinstall the software. But this is not possible, the uninstall script (included in the installer) doesn´t work, a new installation over the old one doesn´t work too.

The existing directory /array1/share/twonky ... contains old files that I can´t delete. What do I have to do to "unload" the files to be ready for a new clean installation of TM?

gibts denn niemanden mit dem gleichen Problem???
irgendwelche Tips wie ich die Software deinstallieren oder zumnidest darüber neu installieren kann?
