Maxtor NAS Twonky Upgradt to 4.4 no dirve spindown now

I have a maxtor NAS plus with 2.6.2-openmss1-rc2 and just upgraded to twonkymedia 4.4 and now the drives wont spin down with the older ver of twonky they spun down i set the rescan to 1440 min still no go also i cant find the spindown setting for twonky
any idas
