QNAP TS-109/TS-209 updated firmware with Twonky 4.4.2 (PS3)

Below is the version of beta firmware of QNAP's new NAS series (500MHz SoC with 128MB DDRII RAM).
It supports Twonky 4.4.2 now that can work well with PS3.

Many thanks for this although do you have any more information about this RC release, such as if it is reliable, easy to install, etc. My TS109 is very new and I am a little protective! :)

Sorry I have not been able to check out the .img before posting as I am at work.

As a last question, do you know if this might cure the the problem of playing .mp4s from the Qnap 109 pro? I am having the same probs as others on here that video files run from a USB key but not from the NAS.

Ok, I know it has not been a long time since I last posted but I gave it a shot.

This has installed perfectly so far and my QNAP 109 pro is now running Twonky 4.4.1.

If I get any probs I will let you know. Thanks naskid for the link.

DO you know it there will be a upgrade to for the TS-101, and will the search feature work then again for the Roku Soundbrides?
