I'm running Twonky 4.4 on an NSLU2 and want to play back .264 video files encoded using Handbrake on the mac.

I know they'll work on a PS3 but does anyone have any experience of using them on the 360?

Cheers!

I tried for several hours last night to find a codec that would play on the xbox 360 AND transfer to my iPod. It never happened. Ironically, the preset for PS3 in Handbrake works perfectly on the Xbox 360!

Hope that helps.

OK OK!!! here it is... if you want to stream MP4 to ur Xbox 360 and also have the same file work on ur iPod, simple create the file as u normally do for ur iPod,,,after that open the file in QuickTime Pro, (must be pro and yah it costs 30 bux to upgrade)... once the file is open do a save as,,, this will convert the file to a .mov file...

THIS FILE WILL STREAM TO UR XBOX, via media server AND PLAY ON UR iPod....
