Forgot password on Qnap TS-209

Hi,
I have a Qnap TS-209 NAS and configured the Twonky server with a login and password. The problem is I forgot what the login and password are...
Is there a way to reset the Twonky login on this NAS? Or is the only way to reset the whole device?
