HELP with Twonky Media and Xbox 360

I installed the twonkey media on my NAS and it works like a charm, but one thing anoys me alot and that is as follows.
I've 3 dirs on my NAS containing movies
- TVSeries
- Movies
- Children
But when I use the Xbox to browse through them I donly get a view where ALL movies/series/children are collected into one.
Is it possible to have a view that shows my folder structure.?
