Playlist-Handling on Buffalo Linkstation LIVE

Hi,
I've installed Twonky 4.4.4 on my Linkstation Live. I use ITUNES on a Windows-PC to create Playlists and export them to a folder on the NAS and customized my Twonky-Config accordingly. It works.
But everytime, I start the Linkstation the Playlists disappear and it seemed to be that the Twonky-Server reads the Playlists everytime even if the content is changed or not. Any idea how to avoid that ?
