TERASTATION PRO II - HELP NEEDED

Can anybody help PLEASE.

I've downloaded the NAS installer 'Buffalo TeraStation Pro (ARM)'.
The readme file tells me I need to install new firmware to allow telnet and directs me to a site to download suitable firmware.
The site tells me I don't need new firmware and "these models actually have the binaries to support telnet access already included, but that telnet access is not activated. It can be activated using the acp_commander application".
I gain access using acp_commander.
I turn off zone alarm.
I run nassetup and it logs in OK. cd /tmp is OK. It then tries to execute wget http://192.168.... etc and I see "sh: wget: command not found" and it all falls apart.

What am I doing wrong?

You need to find the install instructions for ipkg and use that to install wget. I can't remember how that was done, maybe someone can point you in the right direction as I don't seem to be able to find them..
