hello,

First sorry for my english i'm french but i will do all is possible to be understood by every body

i've a little problem that i cannot resolved even if i have seen all post of this forum which are related to it.

My configuration:

Lacie mini disk ethernet 500go (last version of internal software)
Xbox360

I have installed it and i can connect from internet or LAN, i can upload or download files from windows pc. So the lacie mini disk works fine for all that points. Now i try to view audio files and pictures which are stored on it from the xbox360 and it's not possible right now.
When i am on dashboard of xbxo360 i can choose the data source (lacie twonky media server) and when i browse it i see only three folders which are:
All pictures
Data
xxx (i don't remenber the name of it )

I go on each previous folders and there are empty!!

Could you please tell me if i have not applied a special something to obtain the share between xbox360 and lacie minidisk.

I cannot connect to the twonky admin page at http://"mylacie":9000 because there is a redirect to the admin page of lacie.

thank you in advance to just tell me how access to the twonky admin page... (iknow how to update it after).

You apply it in the Lacie admin page.
Go to Configuration tab.
Under Software, next to Updates log click the blue button to get to software update dialog.

Sorry, apart from being on french which I don't understand, that page looks different from mine.
Is yours a new Lacie Ethernet Disk Mini Home edition? Maybe they have different config page from my year-old Lacie Ethernet Disk Mini Gigabit.

Hello to all,

I have the same problem, i.e. I got a new Lacie ED homme edition with hipserv and no option to instal ".signed" file.
The only possibility to update in administrator page is by checking if newer version are availaible on internet.

Does anyone know how to install signed file and so on twonky administrator on this product ?

I am sure it is possible but i found no answer yet on the forum !

Anyone knows how to install the twonkyupgrade ?
I am in contact with Lacie support, they send me "TwonkyMedia Server-4.4.4.signed" file but when I asked how to install it, they just told me that they do not support Twonkyvision !!!

I'm just getting crazy with that !

Do you actually have Twonky on the Lacie Mini Home Edition at all? There's are reference to HipServ which is another media server, right?
