Configuration of Twonky on Buffalo NAS does not work

Hello,
I have running Twonky on a Buffalo Linkstation Live and it is running well so far. The only problem I have, is that I cannot change some parts of the configuration. I am trying to change the nodes for the musictree but after every restart, it is the same than before, with no change at all. I also tried to change the twonkyvision-mediaserver.ini directly, but again, there were no changes after a restart of the server.
Does anybody know, what I have to do?
