Hi Folks, hoping someone can help me out. I have been using TVersity from a PC to stream content to my PS3 for a while and all is good. This week I decided to move to NAS and bought a ICY BOX IB-NAS4220, which runs Twonky. Version 4.4.5 seems to work ok, but had the known problems with video content on the PS3. So I upgraded to 4.4.6 which went on the NAS fine. The issue I now have is that on the sharing page I cannot select the ‘Content Locations’ any more. If click on the browse box it just displays the ‘/’ folder, if I click on that it expands to a ‘*’ and when I then click on that it goes back to ‘/’! I have tried manually adding the full path, but this doesn’t seem to worth either as after a re-scan the PS3 still cant see any content. Any ideas?

Hi, I had the same problem.

Take a look into \public\applications\twonkymedia\twonkymedia-default.ini

First line:
contentbase=/nmt (Normally /mnt ...)

So i looked into the zipped Twonky that I downloaded, but there's the line ok. Strange...

My Solution:

1. Disabled the Twonkyserver

2. Renamed the twonkymedia folder in \public\applications\ to twonkymedia_old or whatever

3. Copied the extracted twonkymedia folder+files again into the applications folder

4. Enable the Twonky Server

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately no joy. Did you leave your ContentBase as /nmt or change it back to /mnt?

Right, fixed it - copied the 4.4.6 install on then used the 4.4.5 twonkymedia-default.ini instead of the new one.
