Hi,
I'm currently running 4.4.3.1 on my Linkstation Live. The one issue it would seem is that .mkv files are not supported in this version. I hear they are supported in later releases so I thought it would be a simple case of coming to the website and downloading the update.
Where to get the update from - that's the question tho !

Mkv support went into the 4.4.n series somewhere before or at 4.4.9.
