Registration key

Registration key of my server 5.0.40 is not being saved to my linux Unraid nas. From the nas ip:9000/config I entetred my key from email and it is happy after refresh. But after reboot it shows 30 day trial again. What file is the key writtten to on a successful write?
Can I update the file manually?
