Hello,
I'm new on this forum, 3 week later I bought a Synology DS107 to create a media server.
I read on your forum that it's possible with Twonkymedia 4.4.9, But after many reading topics I don't arrived to found the archive of Twonkymedia 4.4.9 for DS107.
Is it normal ? or can me provide the url to download it
And somebody can provide me a good tuto or also an url to help me for the install.
Thanks a lot in advance
Sorry for my english

Hi, the installation refers to the ds107+ and not to the ds107. Is that not important. I think, that the 107 is different

I think they are very similar apart from CPU speed and RAM size but hopefully someone else can confirm this.
This is the link to the latest 4.4.11 unsupported version if you want to try it. I have a DS106e and that runs its version OK.

Personally I would give it a go

This is coming up so much it really needs a sticky tag: Here's the processor compatibility list for most of the Synology NAS units.
The following models use the Marvell mv5281 ARM Processor:
DS107+ (64 or 128MB of RAM) DS207+ CS407 RS407
The following models use the PowerPC Freescale 8241 (PPC) CPU:
DS101g+ DS106 DS106j DS106e DS106x DS107 DS107e DS108j DS207 DS207(128) CS406 RS406 CS406 CS406e CS407e
The following models use the PowerPC Freescale 8543 (PPC) CPU:
DS209+ RS408 RS408-RP DS408 DS508
Retrieved from "http://www.synology.com/wiki/index.php/ ... _CPU_model"
Just pick the model closeest to your own which is available from Twonky, which looks initially like its going to be the DS107e or the DS207
Now that you know the chipset is the same for both of these and all those others in the list...Have a browse of the Synology site and find one of the units with both a matching CPU from the list above, and matching amount of system RAM to your own DS107 unit. Then get the Twonky download for that matching unit and off you go.
