I notice that there is a v5 upload for the terastation now - http://www.twonkyforum.com/unsupported/5.0.46/

Has anyone tried this install, I installed a version about 6 months ago as a trial which has since expired and I've been holding off purchasing a key until I could see that they might actually support/update the software inline with the PC versions

I'm using it to stream to a Roku Soundbridge Radio and just got a Xbox360 to replace my XBMC'd xbox so any comments relevant to those would be appreciated

Tried it anyway and it installed fine

It seems a little lacking in options compared to the other version but ultimately I could select the shares and the Soundbridge saw them instantly. Am yet to try it with the 360

Hi; I installed it, but when I try to start the server, I get a bunch of messages, and the server does not start:
"inotify not ok on /mnt/. Go to end"
"inotify not ok on /root/.Twoonky ecc. ecc.. Go to end"

What does it mean?

No idea sorry, I just ran the program and sat back and it worked. Unfortunately if it hadn't have worked I wouldn't have a clue what to do/try next

Where did you find the hacked firmware?

As is documented elsewhere here, even though the 5.0.46 version installed fine and works fine it only streams MP3s to the 360, movies and pictures aren't showing so I guess it needs downgrading

Where can I download the supposedly working version 4.4.9 or 4.4.6?

Emailed support, no response.. potentially great product let down by useless support which makes the product unbuyable in my opinion
