playlists update slowly

I have an Lacie Ethernet Disk Mini, I installed the patch to liberate the Twonky server on it. Now I'm slowly filling it with MP3s and playlists. I did find out that playlists from Mediamonkey are not working, only the ones made by WMP11 do work fine. I noticed that if I add or remove playlists it take a lot of time for the list to update. It takes longer when I remove some then when I add some.
Does anyone know what could solve this ?
