Buffalo LinkStation live v3

Hi,
I have a LinkStation live v3 (bit torrent) with twonky 4.x built-in media server. That means twonky out-of-the-box, no hacking was needed.
Is there any possibility to upgrade to twonky media server version 5?
Of course I can install a hacked firmware, and then can install twonky for nas by myself, but I want to update the pre-installed twonky without hacking, so I don't violate my warranty.
Any information if buffalo plans to release a firmware update with twonky 5?
