How to remove properly twonky from a Synology DS107+

Hello
Could you guide me for uninstalling twonky from my Nas
I have aklready run the uninstall.exe software but I still have a twonkyvision folder (under public folder) still full of files and folders
The twonkymediafolder is empty now (after running the uninstall.exe)
I can not
activate the upnp application from synology (from the Synology assistant) -Error Operation failed N°197 and I cannot activate the I tune application neither (operation failed (228)
what should I do ???
