NSLU2 - devices say no media files

Post by redrick » Tue May 04, 2010 9:24 am

Hi,

I've been going nuts trying to get twonkymedia-nslu2-4.4.11, or the latest twonkymedia-nslu2-5.1.3, to work with an unslung (v 6.10) NSLU2. Both a D-Link DSM 320 and a Western Digital TV Live see the Media Server but if you go to it they "find no media files in this folder."

I have no problem getting the the configuration page and setting that up. (I've been using Twonky for years with a Maxtor II).

Any ideas as to where I'm going wrong much appreciated,

Rick

An update, the DSM-320 now works a treat (silly mistake on my part) but after many hours of work and research I still cannot get the WD TV Live going. It recognizes the Twonky-NSLU server, but as soon as you click it you get this "there are no media files in this directory."
