Can't Change media recievers

Hi All,
I have a Lacie 2Big Network which comes with Twonky Vision 4.4.15. I have managed to open the twonky config page with the help of this forum. I am having some issues with saving Media Recievers. I can change anything I want, add new recievers etc but as soon as I click save it goes back to the settings it was on before I made changes. Does anyone know what is going on, how I can fix it or at least what file it is changing so I can change it manually?
Finally has anyone had any luck upgrading the Lacie 2Big Network built in twonky media server? I have managed to hack it so I have access to the file system and get cli access but I don't see anything that matches the linux version.
