How to enable Transcoding on Readynas Pro with Twonky

Greetings,
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could direct me to any documentation or discussion regarding how to enable transcoding on a Readynas Pro (Intel) with Twonky Server Version: 6.0.23
I found this page, although I'm not sure how to apply this to the Readynas:

Currently the transcoding check boxes on the configuration page are greyed out.
