Problems with 6.0.1 with Database being built on Root

Post by shawncar » Mon Nov 22, 2010 1:55 am

Hi,
Ran into problems with 6.0.1 as my library database got too big for my root partition. I had to reflash my server to get it back.

Has 6.0.28 fixed this problem? Is there anyway to configure Twonky so that the database get built on array1 so that it doesn't run out of space.

Start twonky with the -appdata switch and set it to a folder on your array.

Thanks, PB.

Works like a charm.

Just to clarify on the Terastation Live had to go to /etc/init.d directory and modify the twonky shell script to add the following:

/mnt/array1/twonky/twonkymedia -appdata /mnt/array1/twonkydb/
