streaming media from western digital mybook live NAS drive

I can view media successfully however each time i watch something through my xbox 360 the root folder list from twonky increases the number of "by folder" folders. i have no idea why!!
Does anyone have any ideas???? this is driving me nuts. i started with one of them and now there are over 40 of them lol.
