Philips 55PFL5602/F7 does not play on 7.2.9-13 but works with 7.2.9-6_7.5.0-77

I use wdmycloud 2tb and 4th which seems to be alot differnt from eachother.
the 2db and 4db seems to have a differnt os and structure.. i can stream movies to my tv on the 2tb but not the 4tb
Plays fine on Version 7.2.9-6_7.5.0-77
does not play on Version
7.2.9-13
Tv is new Philips 55PFL5602/F7
is there any major differnces between these too versions?
