Internet Radio on Philips WAK-3300 not working

Hi,
I use the Raidsonic-NAS with Twonky 4.3. The problem: I cannot get access to internet radio from my small streaming device which is the Philips box. I have several playlists and none of them is working on the device. I receive always "Serverfehler - keine Verbindung" ("Server error - no connection"). Maybe the format of the playlist is wrong? I tried pls and m3u with no success.
A small example:
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1,AVRO RADIO FESTIVAL CLASSIQUE
http://145.58.33.32:8148
It does not work. Are there some ports that I have to open up in my router (FritzBox 7170). Any help would be appreciated!!
