Problem streaming Divx on Philips 32PFL8404H/12

Hallo!
I have a problem and have been looking for hours for a solution.
My TV is an Philips 32PFL8404H/12 an TMM detects Generic DLNA 1.0.
Then I installed ffmpeg an change the ffmepg.location file
But every time i play an avi no transcoding run. I check the Windows Task-Manager but nothing change.
Then ich play with the clients.db but nothing has changed.
I do not understand how the transcoding works? How can i force transcoding? Or another possibility?
