Philips NP2900/12 / how can I recover my lost licence key???

I lost my licence key for the above device. I do have a new pc and need to reestablish the Twonky Media software on that pc, if I want to continue to use the above device. The device is properly registered with Philips. I have contacted the support of Philips as well as of Twonky Media. Neither of them want to provide help. Philips sends me to Twonky and Twonky sends me back to Philips. I just do not belive that...
