server configuration page?

I need to enter my license key. Where is the server configuration page?

When I go to that page, I get this:

"Your trial version has expired. Please input user name and password to activate the server. User name and password can be obtained from the TwonkyVision Online Shop." As well as prompts for User Name and Password.

Where do I put my license key?

Sounds like a pre- 4.3 version, as 4.3 onwards has a new serial number, where you don't need a username, only the key.
