I ask the question, but from my experience I know the answer is there is no support.
I bought the product to upgrade from an old version, but after that several features stopped working. I could no longer play flac, I could no longer uses the alphanumeric search on my streamium sl400i.
I got 1 response from support, in which they asked to reset the client table.
After that they did no longer respond the my mails.
If you have the same experience, please contact met.
My next step will be to get my money back.
