Internet Radio on Xbox 360?

Post by zenhob » Tue Jan 22, 2008 7:45 am

I noticed that support for internet radio streaming to the Xbox 360 was added with release 3.1, but I cannot figure out how to access it in the Xbox interface. I moved the example radio.m3u into the same directory as the rest of my playlists but I don't see it in the "Playlist" menu and there is no "Internet Radio" option anywhere. I've restarted both systems several times and then finally deleted my TwonkyVision database in desperation, but nothing has worked. Has anyone used TwonkyVision to stream internet radio to the xbox, and if so, how?

It works on mine.

*I have installed twonky admin, I clicked on internet radio, I ticked shoutcast and saved it
*I created a playlist radio.m3u with 7 stations put it into the server
*In the admin page (click the "i" button) I see that it picked the 7 stations
*I go to xbox, music, playlists and I can see the radio playlist
*You can use each stream, play it as a "song"

make sure the format of the station is playable of xbox
