video Subfolder structure

Post by petespeed » Fri Mar 28, 2008 2:55 pm

Hi at all,

i really searches the forum, but could not find any answer.

I like to organize my video folders in such way, that one folder contains all movies and the other folder contains all Tv-Shows.

How is that possible? Do I have to tag my video files?

Thanks for help!

Hi,

it seems like there is no answer or nobody is willing to give one !?!

Can at least one of the mods tell us where we can find help, because i have seen a jpg of a structure like this in the internet.

Thanks

Hi Warsteiner22,

finally I have found a solution. If you are still interested please send me a pn and i will give you a step by step instruction. Since nobody is interested, we do not have to discuss it in public.

P.S.: If you are german, what your nickname indicates, please tell me, so it is a lot easier.

Have a good night

Are you kidding?
THat's definitly not the right kind of attitude. Especially not for someone who is posting in a forum.

If you figured it out, then post for others as well. You're probably not getting responses because people don't know. Would you like to have everyone chime in saying "I don't know?"

take it easy man take it easy

we wait one week for any answer from the support but nobody is there to give us one word why? Is the Support for the Produkt out of order?

Why nobody said we are do not know or one simply word like that, but this is not what in my opinion is a support sorry

Hi Guys,

this is not an official support forum!
So, if you complain about support, complain where it it belongs to.

And yes, if no one has an answer, why should he or she post a "I don't know either"? So, if you have a solution share it with the forum (you also requested something from the forum, too, right?).

Regards
ThyMaster

Hi ThyMaster

your right but why is from the vendor there a link to this Forum?
Is easy for the vendor to Build one Produkt and giv it to the Guys the care abouth this or not. I think thebn should the vendor delete the link to the forum is the vendor not willing to give support

any way

the solution is create one folder with the name "Video" and don not change this to a other name then it works with the subfolder, but i can not belive those there nobody is with the same mistake what i or we make in the past

cheers

i am with you buddy. i asked questions with no response. strange they dont have a support forum... if this isnt it...

i am having troubles with my structure aswell, kinda.
i have an external hard drive with all my media on it. music, movies and pictures folder. in that folder there are a bunch of folders with names of movies, music albums, etc. music works fine and i have over 200 folders in there with subfolders in some of them.
but movies, not working so well. it seems i have to delete a movie in order for another to show. like 5 are able to be viewed at a time or something. furthermore, nothing other than a divx is viewable or playable. no iso, dvd or anything plays if it ever sees the folder.

wish there was a support forum where someone could be of assistance to me since we paid money for this.
