Greetings,
I am still in the trial period trying to understand all the features before I commit. I am having trouble understanding the navigation configuration and am trying to find documentation, but I can't seem to.
On the support page, it refers to the "Online Help":
"The web-based server configuration pages include an online help which explains the various parameters which allow to customize the server according to your preferences and the needs of your specific environment."
When I am in the server configuration, I don't see any of that. I've looked at the Mac installation as well as the ReadyNas add-on.
How can I access this help? For example, I am in the "Video Tree" menu item, and I would like to know what the "ABC" option is and what Video nodes are, etc
Documentation Question?

There doesn't seem to be any really detailed help available. Though i'm pretty sure the ABC option will breakdown the category selected into subnodes by letter.
IE. if you set it to 3 you'll see subnodes ABC, DEF, GHI etc etc. The number sets how many characters per section, this is prolly only ever useful if you have a massive collection as breaking down by letter means you don't have to scroll though all your collection to get to the letters at the end, you just scroll though the 20 odd sections at the most then drill down to whichever vid/track you want.
Hope that helps, best way is to just change some settings and play around to see what they do.
