Hi there,
I have a Buffalo LinkStation with Twonky 4.3 (I guess Twonky stopped supporting LinkStations after 4.3? - shame as it wasn't long after I paid for the full version).
I also have a PS3, updated yesterday just after I bought it, to 2.35.
The two are connected over Wi-Fi.
The PS3 sees the Twonky server fine. I can play MP3s fine. I can view photos fine. However, whenever I view folders containing videos I see an icon with the text Unsupported Data next to each file. If I put some of the files on a USB stick and plug this into the PS3 I can watch those videos no problem. They are all DivX format, although I tried converting them into various other formats using PS3Video9, with the same results.
So, is the problem the Wi-Fi - can Twonky or the PS3 not stream videos over wi-fi? Or is the problem Twonky - can 4.3 not stream videos to the PS3?
Thanks
Dave

Re: Unsupported Data viewing videos on PS3
Ah, just found the download area for version 4.4 for Linkstation. It's only available through the FAQ's page as far as I can see.
Will try it

OK, version 4.4.5 is now installed and is working well.
Strange that these versions are only available through the FAQ pages.
Also strange that I dropped off the automated new version update e-mails.
