What's happened?!

This board used to be thriving and the support from Twonky pretty damned good. I've got a problem with indexing not working as expected and have posted on here a couple of times and also sent details on the problem to Twonky support but haven't had anything back from anyone yet.

I have also tried to provide loads of valuble information and have emailed the support (with a link to the thread detailing my problem) but no response so far.
