Starting Twonky After Sleep on an MIPS LS2

Post by Waddle08 » Thu Oct 09, 2008 8:26 pm

Hi All

I'm a newbie, and really struggling to get my Twonky Media Server running after my LS2(MIPS)(Freelink) comes online after a sleep. I'm running Twonky Media Server 4.4.9, and using it to stream to my PS3. I have created a simple script /etc/init.d/twonky and created a symbolic link to: /etc/rc3.d/S50twonky. After the LS2 starts in the morning, I have to manually start Twonky. I have tried this from /etc/init.d, and /etc/rc3.d, and manually these work fine. There seems to be a reason why the script doesn't start at boot up, but doesn't look to be permissions. I also checked proesses started in rc3.d around the twonky link, and they start correctly at boot up.

Can anybody help?

Cheers

Hi All

Fixed it, moved the script to rc2.d, and Twonky starts successfully
