Files multiple times in listing

Hi,

I used Twonky MS 4.4.4 for several month and never had any problems. Now i upgraded to 5.0.40, and find all of my pictures, videos and mp3 multiple times on streaming clients or in the media browser on the local machine.
It seems, that each time a rescan takes place (each 60 min), a new version of a single file is added.

What to do?
