Nas and Subs on Ps3 ?

Is it possible, to use Twonky 4.4.9 from Dnd 323, and see sub files from .vob and mkv files?
And is it possible to play .iso files ?

No, the PS3 can't read subtitles in a .vob file, nor can it read subs in an .mkv - unless you transcode the video and hardcode the subs.

Use mkv2vob (http://www.mkv2vob.com) to do this.
