srt file cannot be found from NAS

I installed twonkymedia server 4.4.11 in my WD worldbook successfully. When i use XBMC to see the MKV film,the subtitles cannot be shown.After checking,i find the player cannot found any .srt files through twonkymedia UPNP server.Is it a common problem?Or any config can be done to solve this issue?
