Twonky and Intel ss4200

Post by malcho » Tue Sep 15, 2009 6:02 am

I have an Intel SS4200 NAS which I use to stream video and music no my PlayStation 3. Its been working very well, however, I recently noticed that I cannot access some of the latest video files I added to the server. I can see them when I browse the file system, but not through the twonky server. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Are the new files in a folder monitored by Twonky?

Have you set the Rescan time to 0 which will disable rescans?

Have you tried a manual rescan?

I have very little control over Twonky's settings. All I can do is enable the media server and disable it. I think I can rescan and select the folder and if so the folder is correct, but even if after a rescan, I still cant see some items...
