Problems with MP3

Post by Boron » Tue Jan 06, 2009 1:48 pm

Hi,
I have been using Twonky 4.4.9 for a while now and it worked fine, so I upgraded to 5.0.
The cool thing about 5.0 is, that I am now directly in my Video Folder and won't have to say "My Video" - "Folder" , etc.

The bad thing is that Twonky won't read my MP3 files. It shows all the Folders but not one MP3. And in the Information page it says Music: 1
Should be app. 1000 though...

Anyone with the same Problem?
Rebuilding the database has done nothing. Still the same problem. Had this with videos as well, but rebuilding the database solved the problem for me.
Oh, I use Vist Ultimate (32 Bit).

I have the very same problem with build 5.0.61 accessed Via a Panasonic TX-l37V10B television.
Indexing viewed via teh TV all good but then told 'File not Supported'. All the audio files are MP3 and play on every other application so why not on Twonky? From my curent perspective this could be fatal.
Any clues would be most welcome.
